Boots or flats?

i'm going to wear jean skirt tomrrow to school but idk what top/color of top i should wear and if i should wear boots or flats. i'm wearing legging under it. help me

trust me, flats work better. now that its getting warmer, boots look like you dont know what you are doing. especially with a skirt. So think flats!
