Help - Buying Knee High Boots?

Hello!

I would like to purchase a nice pair of black knee high boots, but I have one problem: I have really scrawny %26quot;chicken legs%26quot; as I call them. I%26#039;m naturally thin, so all of the boots I try on are to baggy around the calves. Any suggestions on finding a pair of boots that fit?

Thanks!

The Hot Topic website is really good for knee high boots. They usually have a wide variety from lace up to buckles.
Reply:Unfortunately you will have to get a stretch pair because any with the zipper will be too wide or if you can find some to lace up the back. I went to a shoe strore called two lips and bought then they zip and lace up but they are thigh high boots. Try the boot barn.
Reply:go to aldo

they have alot of different kinds of knee highs for about 100 dollars
Reply:OMG I have the exact same problem, it is virtually impossible to find boots that don%26#039;t look like buckets around my calves! I have a great pair by Stuart Weizman and another by Prada. I have taken to just wearing booties though because it is so hard to find them. Or I wear slouchy boots with skinny jeans tucked in so it doesn%26#039;t matter if they%26#039;re too loose. Good Luck:)
Reply:Maybe a pair that ties all the way up (like instead of a zipper) would be good because it would allow you to tighten them more around the calf....Not sure what else to tell you....try lots of different brands and such, as every company makes things different sizes.
Reply:I contact a shoe company of my choice and i ask if i can get custom shoes made. I HAVE to do this to get shoes that ACTUALLY fit perfectly. also give them PRECISE MEASUREMENTS so that they know how they need to make them. also make an offer because they more than likely wont turn down the money.
Reply:you might be able to find a place that custom makes them but they will be expensive
Reply:You could have a look at the web site for poledivas as they they have the high boots which look to be fitted.
Reply:Absolutely. The first thing that you need to do is measure the width of your calf. Then, you should go to Zappos.com and look in their boots section. They have hundreds of pairs to choose from. Then, you can look at the measurements of each boot. Choose the one that is the closest to your width. Also, if you find a pair with a stretchy shaft, then you might have good chance of a nice fit.
