oh oh oh, and i know it%26#039;s more of a wintery thing, but i%26#039;m going to europe and last time i was there this time of year people would wear boots with skirts because it was cold there.

Why not wear sneakers? Some sneakers are cute with shorts or skirts! And ballet flats! Or sandals.
