What Boots the metabolism?
To boot your metabolism, you need to eat alot of foods with high protein, and then exercise lightly to heavy. It helps your metabolism work faster, and yet your not killing yourself. Because if you try to diet with starving yourself, you metabolism actually slows down.

The biggest myth is that eating more often increase metabolism, there are scientific studies that prove this wrong.





But eating smaller meals more often is still MUCH better than eating 3 big meals due to other added benefits ( insulin, macro nutrient control, etc )
Reply:to "boost" you metabolism start eating 4-5 small, healthy, meals throughout the day.
