I have a pair of Ugg boots that have been cut by a clothing rack. I walked by the clothing rack and it sliced?

through one of the boots. The cut is about one inch on the top or the boot. How can I repair it myself? what would work? the cut goes righ through the boot.

Take it to a cobbler.


However I doubt if it can be repaired invisibly.





What you could do (if you are brave and reckless!) is cut the other one to match and then sew each cut/slit up - maybe with an overlapping stitch - so they look like a design feature. (You'd need a leather needle and strong thread in a colour that matches the boots)!





Whatever you decide, one thing is certain: - it's much, much better that it was the boots which got sliced - than if you hadn't been wearing them and it was your leg!
Reply:If they are tall ugg boots perhaps you could fold them over or have them converted to short uggs? But unfortunately I don't think there is much else you can do... They will still keep your feet warm though : )

Reply:those are screwed sorry there ruined! you could MAYBE get them, repaired by a shoe repair place or sumthin but idk thats some number u did on them!
Reply:i have no clue how you can fix it yourself. try bringing it somewhere professional. after all, they are Uggs. You dont want to risk ruining a pair of $120+ Uggs boots even more.
